In this commit, we unit test the idempotency property in API client operator package on Secrets, Services, Deployments, Mutating Webhook Configuration, Validating Webhook Configuration, API Service, Custom Resource Definitions, StatefulSet, ClusterRole, and ClusterRoleBinding.
