License of XSD file

Greetings,

I notice the following file in this repository appears to be licensed under GNU LGPL: https://github.com/karma-runner/karma-junit-reporter/blob/v1.1.0/junit-schema.xsd

Yet, I find almost the same file at https://github.com/windyroad/JUnit-Schema/blob/b553f765aaa80b3eeb320c8e52aae7b390852643/JUnit.xsd but licensed under Apache 2.0.

I am just curious why there is a difference in license here, especially since 'karma-junit-reporter' appears to be licensed under MIT.

@bduranc A brief look by: git log .\junit-schema.xsd gives the introduction date of the file for this project, to 2013. It was most likely ported from the original project, called 'testacular'. Karma was called 'testacular' before. A doc video in: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5mHjJ4xf_K0 Note: this is not authoritative answer, just a sophisticated guess. Cheers, J
