I've revisited this, and it's definitely a problem in this code. zmodem transfers don't seem to work being sent from this firmware, but it will receive ok at lower baud...
I'm not adding more blinkers here. https://github.com/libopencm3/libopencm3-miniblink has them now, it avoids the sort of arbitraty styel differences and gives a common base.

ignore _should_ be paid attention to by dnsmasq, and it is, but I agree, it doesn't seem to be observed by odhcpd
