Suggestion: Move run.sh to this image

How about moving the run.sh to "this" docker image to make it simpler to run without hassio-addons? Then it could be used by "any" integration as a docker image as well as hassio-addons.

I am with you after you released https://github.com/karloygard/xcomfortd, i did intergration with openhab. Cant wait to test this version! Thumbs up!
