Allow hiding sections on a menu

When developing a menu, it would nice to be able to plan changes in advance and conveniently switch the menu around

Describe the solution you'd like

In the menu editing page, have an 'enabled' or 'hidden' checkbox field which will show or hide the section from the menu.
