DOC: switch from 1/lambda to log(lambda) for plots

1/lambda is great for the UV, but not so good to show what is happening in the IR at the same time as showing the UV. log(lambda) is better - and maybe more understandable to a general audience as well.

Maybe have both x and lambda for the UV curves?
