DOC: Scattered light into-the-beam not an issue section

need a section in the documentation that says way extinction only measures scattering out of the beam and the scattering into the beam is negligible. Local background subtraction and small beam (in nearby galaxies) are the reasons. Maybe an RT model even. Literature references (need to remember the latest one I read).
