One issue - destination with different tax rate.

TAX Configuration

Catalog Prices - Including Tax Show Prices - Including Tax Tax calculated on Shipping Destination

Product page displays correctly with the including tax price being rounded.

Proceed to checkout, set destination to different country, example zero tax.

Expected result rounding of the product price

Actual result - no rounding

Only possibility to fix - set Cross Border Trading Yes to keep prices rounding
