Dynamically changing the nodes

Hi @karlicoss I'm thinking on programmatically changing my orgmode repo with python. I see that you've thought on the past about being able to write the AST to a file and I wanted to know if you'd be interested in contributions to extend the objects interface to support operations such as:

• refiling headings
• promoting and demoting
• marking as DONE a recurrent task
• ...

Sooner or later I'll implement them for myself, what I don't know if it belongs to this project or if I should make a new one
