Oh, and one more which is actually a Chrome extension https://github.com/lengstrom/falcon . I feel like I even used it ages ago!
And a Firefox extension which apparently uses Recoll https://www.lesbonscomptes.com/recoll/faqsandhowtos/IndexWebHistory.html This could actually be useful for Promnesia to potentially speed up the search!
