Allow to change to sidebar by using <tab>

The sidebar is great! However using left/right as in the example is quite counterintuitive. I'd expect to switch between the sidebar and the index and then being able to use cursor up/down to navigate in there and user to select a (virtual) mailbox to open it (and also to switch back to the index.

What do you think about this suggestion?
