Database errors

Hey Kareem and your team. You guys did great work for people like me who are new to android development. Actually i want to explore your app for my learning purpose but i am facing some bugs and have no idea that how to deal with them. The screens are empty and not showing any data and in android studio i am getting data base permission errors. Kindly see the screen shots attached
