FIle or Directorys missing

When I try to start a game, I get the following errors:

ileNotFoundError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: 'constants.bin'

[13044] Failed to execute script 'main' due to unhandled exception!

I'm on Windows 10 and I've already reinstalled the libraries needed. How can I get this to work?
