Which IR remote control?

I have ordered remote controls from different dealers. Namely the IR remote controls on which mostly "KEYES" is written and next to a number field, have direction arrows with an "OK" button. Although the picture was correct (arrow keys on top), all were delivered with a wrong layout (arrow keys on the bottom). Thus, the standard IR codes not work. Maybe you can't get a remote control anymore, with a layout that works with the standard configuration of KA-Radio!?

Do I really have to go to all the trouble via toolchain, csv file and so on to change the IR codes? The manual is really poor, not up to date and for Mac users in general unfortunately insufficient. :-(
