Player voice overrides sometimes work incorrectly
See title; this is due to player names in chat containing symbols and other stuff that needs to be parsed out to determine if a string is a specific player's name or not. This has already been fixed in many cases, but is still known to be a problem in these cases:
- The player's own name in party chat in dungeons
- Other players' names in FC chat while in a dungeon
