Static noises instead of reading text (Amazon Polly)

It does not happen all the time, been having it since December. However today it has gotten extra bad as two speech bubbles in row were static noises and the two weren't that far apart from pervious appearance of such bug.

I do not know what causes it so I can not recreate the bug but I'm using Amazon Polly if it makes any difference.
