Maintenance status?

This repo has not has an update since 2017 and is piling up more and more stale issues and PRs. Since the repo is unmaintained, a warning should be placed in the README.

Sorry, there are hundreds of forks and yours has no clear adoption above any of the others. Besides, this is an issue on karan/joe about warning people in the README about the maintenance status, which would still be relevant even if your fork were more popular.

I know, just wanted to say mine is a recent fork, nothing else. I agree with you, the README should have a clear hint on maintenance status.

Surely a "README should have a clear hint on maintenance status." could've saved 1-2 hours of headache trying to run it in 2021.
