Can't locate the path of the current file after starting Terminal.app

i'm using zsh in Terminal.app when i start the terminal from Atom, it won't locate the path of the current file.

at first i thought it was the problem of zsh, then i changed the Terminal.app to bash, the problem still exists.

OSX Version: 10.10 Atom: 1.5.4
