Release 0.8.1?

Can you please release 0.8.1? I would like to be able to use the "open" activation command.

@calculuswhiz Since @karan does not seem to be updating package versions anymore I went ahead and published my own package https://atom.io/packages/atomerinal which is based on this one, does the exact same thing but is actually up-to-date.
