Upgrade to Go 1.16 (latest)

Hello

I'm trying to use this library https://github.com/360EntSecGroup-Skylar/excelize

but it supports go 1.15 and above, but xgo curently only supports up to go 1.13 would be nice if xgo is updated to current version (go 1.16)
