I was going through my feed and found @karalabe tweet on https://ethereum.karalabe.com/talks/2018-devcon.html#1 This idea seems to be interesting and got strong reason to get implemented in Ethereum.

Is there any EIP on it, or it's in progress in other way (not EIP). I wanted to contribute it there. I have backgroud in working with DHT model .

I do not think there is an EIP to attack this problem yet - I started a thread on ETHMagicians with an Idea: https://ethereum-magicians.org/t/incubed-servers-as-onion-services/1798 - but so far not much traction ..
