Create installer for mac computers

I don't have a mac build machine, so I will need help from someone who does. The code should build fine on a mac, I just need someone to actually do it for me, because I can't touch Apple products without getting a gag reflex.

I chose to use a Mac laptop at Google, so once I start there I will have a machine to build and deploy on. I'll try to do this for the 3.1 release, but it may be delayed from the release on other platforms because I don't want this to cause any delays to the main release.
