Metadata support

Does this support Metadata when publishing/subscribing form an SNS/SQS queue?

There's no support for that at the moment. The only way to do something similar with the current state of the gem is to provide a message structure that embeds whatever data you need. Not opposed to including that in the gem, there just wasn't a need by our team for it.
