just cmd c cmd v:
you can drag drop to rclone browser too, but you need to first launch finder window... this is one of different suggestions i sent to the devs previously too: 1) directly drag drop 2) faster loading / creation of folders 3) better way to use the path bar (now you cannot open a path by writing such path 4) add specific paths to favourite 5) save rules (implemented with new version, but still limited, for example no way to create groups, no a-z or other sort options, no way to select multiple tasks and run at once, no way to duplicate task, no way save task and run at the same time) 6) create multiple tasks in batch 7) whole rclone upload speed control. option to set from 06 to 08 and from 11 to 12 and from 15 to 16 upload max at 0.3MB/s, near the option to limit whole upload to max 0.7MB/s, no matter which option i wrote in the tasks 8) better upload speed control for each task (without need to change settings), so just click a number near the task 9) better configuration mode for --backup-dir 10) showing size of folders directly 11) a way to pause tasks, without need to quit it 12) would be cool if they can fix the problem that the code doesn't work anymore in terminal 13) a way to save specific sources and destinations and then use the same with a drop list on all my macs and mac user 14) a way to change transfer of 70 files to 7 directly during the transfer, without need to create a new one or edit it 15) every time i copy the path from my notes to rclone browser, they add " " space 16) a way to create double destination at the same time 17) run task automatically, so better configuration mode for auto run, like run at every login or run every day or after 5 hours, etc. 18) if we click 2x same task to run, a message "a task is currently running" should be visible 19) a way to remove all running tasks at once, without need to close the app 20) a button copy path to clipboard 21) readd the option that we can set default exclusion for all rules 22) etc.
+writing on the older website that a new version is available or that last version of rclone browser is not compatible with sierra.
Plus
- you continue to keep xxx/yyy as source and add this yyyy on every destination path, which is simply just annoying. so avoid to add source and avoid to auto add yyy to the path.
- once a folder is created, you should open it, so add option to do this.
- the path on the path bar should be google:/rclone/reddit/2013/ and not /rclone/reddit/2013/
- you continue to reset number of files at the same time. revert it back like the old app. i haven't testet upload speed, but if you reset this, revert it back too.
- Please enter task description to Save!: would be cool if you can auto generate task name. if the path is a/b/c/d/e/f you should use e/f. so always last 2.
- about the suggestion "show notification" if the task is already running. now i thought it would be better if you show us pause, run, stopped, failed directly in the list of saved task. would be much more usefull, especially if you save a lot of things.
- task name and jobs have two completely different names, which create only confusion
- i still think under jobs you could add a panel active, failed, done; instead of showing us all in just 1 list
- plus i think this panel could be much more compact, reducing space on the top and bottom of each rule (or at least on the top). You already did great improvements in such panel.
- auto delete finished task (as option) or add button rerun directly under jobs.
- under the batch creating rules you can consider something like
xxx/yyy google....xxx/yyy --backup-dir hifhishfh7NHFIHIFHS yyy
xxx/rrr google....xxx/rrr --backup-dir kvxkdsnvknxv rrr
etc.
by uploading something similar you auto generate task using the default setting (like 70 files at the same time, max xx mb/s...)
- double panel would be useful too, so we can manage original destination folder and safety folder much better, instead of switching folders all the time.
- a way to import export tasks between mac users and a way to use task like google/... with gsuite/... if we used a different name. so you simply show us a notification "google is not available, do you want to convert it to gsuite?".
about the copy code problem. now i tested it on mbp2013 and still works fine

this was not the case of mbp2017 (sierra too) and (if i remember correctly) i got same error on mbp2015 (sierra) and mbp2018 (mojave), where i got a message about how rclone command is written wrongly.
- 2021/01/07 07:41:59 Failed to copy with 11 errors: last error was: googleapi: Error 403: User rate limit exceeded., userRateLimitExceeded: in such case you should auto retry after 12 or 24 hours
- if we double click inside jobs, you should open/collapse the task
- since you delete all jobs after quitting the app, a way to add some task to favourite, so we know we need to rerun them later, without need to use an external note app.
