Business UAT Failed by using your plugin

Hello, Kapil, I'm using your bkash-woo-commerce plugin for bkash payment. Recently bkash team sent the mail to me. below the mail -

Business UAT with ChitraDeal for PGW (Checkout) has been failed due to below reason:- "n Merchant have been calling query payment api for the successful payment cases. They can only call query api in case they don’t receive any response from execute api within 30 secs."

Please resolve the issue, and please notify me. I'm waiting for your reply.
