titlebar support windows and other platforms

awesome that you pulled this out! we should add windows/ubuntu styling to this as well you can use this to get a platform specific titlebar

I have a Windows 10 title bar solution already made and I'm planning to incorporate it with this repo. Watch for a pull request within the next week or so :)
