Improve hiearchy editor/viewer

  • collapsible branches are a must!
  • show/hide objects via editor
  • object style (wireframe, shaded etc) settable via hiearchy view
  • object highlighting in 3d view via this view
  • possibly export of objects via hiearchy view?
