custom-rating-bar

A custom rating bar that will resize all the stars to the current view.

Attributes:

    app:maxStars - number of stars   

    app:starOff  - drawable for off star
    
    app:starOn   - drawable for on star

    app:starHalf - drawable for half star
    
    app:starPadding - dps for star padding
    
    app:stars    - current star value
    
    app:onlyForDisplay - sets the touch events off(true) or on(false)

	app:halfStars - sets the granularity of the rating bar between 0.5 and 1 (true and false)
