Employee search and menu screen bug

There are some minor inconsistencies with development and design. This issue is to highlight those.

As you can see the search screen doesn't really match with the design of the desktop version.

I've been through this issue and I'm wondering if there's any special configuration for fonts because I've tried to set font weight to different values, but apparently the only ones working are the classic, and bold

@kanwalnainsingh Hello again, I just opened a new PR that should close this issue, although, there's a problem with font weights because it does not render all weights, I will create a new issue about this.
