What's the purpose of p, q, g in the crypto.py file under helios ?

Hi @kantuni , i was just trying to get some PoC's on Zero Knowledge Protocols. I'm kind of new to this, so i just wanted to understand the constants declared in the crypto.py file, and how it correlates with the rest of the functions. A brief explanation of it will help me a lot.
