Allow reversing results

In the CLI (source code here: https://github.com/kantord/SeaGOAT/blob/main/seagoat/cli.py#L127) it is annoying that I have to scroll back or use a pager to navigate a result page that has a lot of results.

We should also have a shortcut tg that should be equivalent to running gt --reverse
