Consider not moving chips when selected

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. As a learner, I find it distracting/confusing when the choices move as chips are selected in the chip challenge.

Describe the solution you'd like I'd like the selected chips to disappear/grey out without moving the other chips

Interesting idea! I really like it actually!

But I have a question, what happens if you "change your mind" i. e. you you move a chip back? In this case the behavior won't change, right? I mean, basically, from the sentence that you are composing, it has to simply disappear. And at the bottom, the grayed out chip has to turn back to normal 🤔

@kantord, Yes that makes logical sense
