`ref object` should be marshalled as BY_REF Variant

Right now this is not marshalled as BY_REF, and possible caused issues with IWebBrowser.Navigate2

Issues with IWebBrowser.Navigate2 was fixed when I properly account for 4 slots in IDispatch. Still this probably valid issue to consider.
