Sort by modified time and file size not work when enable restore window display at next startup

When i open image in quickview. and enable "restore window display at next startup". my last time enable "sort by modified time(descending) ", then close quickview and restart it. In tool menu, it show select "sort by modified time(descending)". but when i use mouse wheel down or up, it still sort by name, not by modified time.

my version is 1.1.8
