Bug? image not self centered, not proper original size?

this only happens on some pictures im not sure why, I do not get this problem when viewing the same image file with other viewer such as DOPUS, Nomac or ACDSee Ultimate, only when with quickviewer.

download image and in quickviewer will show picture NOT in it's original size instead quickviewer sometimes left or right align them. image's original size is 3000 x 4484, but shows a reduced resolution while allow scrolling up to original resolution size, and resolution where you can navigate outside picture shows only gray space (background color).

is this a bug?

In order to reduce the time required for QuickViewer to read anyway, JPEGs larger than 4096px are read in a reduced size of less than half. Therefore, the app cannot display it because it does not hold the image data of the book size. To alleviate this, open the Setting Dialog and change the maximum size.
