[Feature Request] Add support for *.fpl (file playlist)

Please add support for .fpl (file playlist) like .m3u for music. It will increase experience of my usage (scripting | slideshow | archive mode | etc.).

I checked the m3u format on Wikipedia, but it seems that you can specify the title of each audio file with a comment.

I think that it is unnecessary for QuickViewer to list image files. In other words, you just have to arrange the full path of the file.

I think that a playlist that arranges Volumes instead of images may be considered. Since the required user interface is different, it will probably be an extension other than the image playlist.
