Doesn't work (program shuts down after starting to download)

Hi kannagi0303,

it's been a while. Currently the latest version of the program, which worked fine for quite some time, shuts down since about 1 good week, after getting a former valid URL input. Could you please solve it so it does fundamentally run again?

The external downloader option works

The alternative download method with Aria2 works apparently, still its progress at the "Main"-tab isn't shown like before.

I compared both download methods and tend to use the original one, since Aria2 seemed to taking longer overall.
