Steps to reproduce

If a player has a nickname that does not start with a capital letter (example: kotletka) and with chat formatting enabled, when a message automatically starts with a capital letter, the player's nickname will be formatted as: Kotletka and mentioning him will not work.

Examples: “Hello kotletka.” - mention will work “Kotletka hello.” - mention will not work
