Plugin conflict
Summary
I use the CommandWhitelist plugin to block some unwanted commands and with the latest(v. 11) update in ChatControl when using the /mail inbox command the player automatically sends the /#flp [page] command. I want to allow this command in CommandWhitelist so that I don't have errors in chat due to banning. But because of the # symbol it breaks and I have everything blocked. Could you please remove the # from the command and not use special characters if possible?
I realize I should complain to the CommandWhitelist developer about this, but still kangarko updates their plugin almost every day and I think it would be easier to tweak ChatControl a bit.
I believe this is happening due to a specific rule.
Any chance you could share your debug file?
/chc debug
Thanks

Apologizes for the delay as I was out of office; I'll be reviewing this in 24 hours or less.
We use /#flp as a hidden command to bypass the limitation of hover/click components which cannot execute commands on their own. This is a valid and perfectly legal command syntax in Bukkit, unfortunately changing it would break compatibility with our and our students' plugins as it's been like this for at least 6 years now. I recommend reaching out to the other dev to have a proper fix instead. I apology I was not able to help this time :/
