Added some changes

Hello.

I have changed the code a little bit to make it more usable as a part of some large project (added the control over seed, resizing the image and output file). Also tried to rewrite the superpixel refinement part in pytorch but my naive solution worked even slower than numpy one. I plan to work on it later.
