Theme explorer

Description

I know that not everyone knows how to use GitHub (and doesn't even know what GitHub is) so I think it will be cool if we have like explorer of available themes and a button "Install" (description of theme and preview image). It's not hard to create (I created my version using Python).

Hello, when I opened the future request, I found a copy of it, but now it has been deleted so that I will reopen this issue
