Refine parsing rules for URIs

In documents, URIs are sometimes followed by ). For example: The Foo tool (http://example.com/) is required. Currently the trailing ) is parsed as a part of a URI, because ) is a character which is a part of a URI. But it is not convenient. Exclude trailing ) if it seems to be a part of a sentence, not a part of a URI.
