This may be due to the limitations of the device features. However, basic functions such as taking attendance data can be done. The use of desktop-based software attendance management may be an option.

First I tried to use the library TAD-PHP-MASTER connected and showed me everything well, but when using the function: $ logs = $ b1-> get_user_template (['pin' => '123']); echo $ logs;

print me 12303381, because the finger_id = 0, size = 338 and valid = 1.

Then try to use the library ZKLIBRARY with the function: $ template = $ zk-> getUserTemplate ($ yud, $ finger); echo $ template;

but it only shows: Array ( )

User template is depend on your device. Because each brand have different format and version of ZK.
