mark parent topic as completed if all the children topics are completed

Feature Description

if the yellow "Language Basics" goes automatically marked as completed it would be more easier to tract progress in my opinion. I won't have to find incomplete topics or mark my progress manually in multiple blocks (child and parent twice). Also it makes more sense in my opinion. It gives me the feel of moving on to next section.

It can be marked as "in progress" if one of the child topic is in progress and marked as "skipped" if all the children are skipped.
