macOS: Any `/Users/<username>` is replaced with `~`, while this can be wrong

Say I have a path /Volumes/BigSSD/Users/<username>/Downloads, it displays as /Volumes/BigSSD~/Downloads in joshuto, which IMHO isn't the desired behavior.

I think we should limit the string substitution to start of the full path text.
