Drag scrolling not working on Firefox (even mousewheel isn't working for Firefox)

drag and mousewheel works for IE but not Firefox.

I also experience this issue in Firefox.

Same here in chrome v50. Not sure what dragging has to do with scroll though.

+1 Drag scrolling doesn't work at all for me in Edge or Chrome 56. FF only works with the mouse wheel. Any plans on looking into this?

I'm having the same issue: Autoscroll ist not working for me in Chrome, Firefox and IE11. Mousewheel scrolling while dragging is working in IE, but not the other two browsers. Haven't tested Edge yet...

The patches from this fork seem to fix the issues I'm having: https://github.com/eaglus/angular-sortable-view/compare/master...FDIM:FDIM-patch-1 Any changes to get them re-integrated in the main branch?

I can open the PR with the fixes I made, but I am not sure if it will ever be incorporated.
