Cleanup old junit reports before starting the tests

It would be nice if this plugin could remove old junit after reading them for split but before starting the tests.

The issues is the following

• On ci we are saving the junit reports in artifacts
• Since previous junits are pulled in and new ones are created after running the tests we get accumulation.
• This also makes it so that the splitting doesn't not work anymore.
