Bootstrap columns / rows

Is there a way to make columns and rows for the content that is shown after hover? That way it is possible to scale it to the right of the page, now it is a fixed width and when you reseize the browser at a certain point it overlaps and not all the content is shown. (hope I descripe this correctly)
