App translation to Catalan language

Hello and thanks for such a useful app,

I would like to translate it to Catalan language, but I don't find a howto or a link. I only found https://github.com/kamaravichow/safe-dot-android/issues/29 Could you please help to me? Thanks I collaborate to translate F-Droid and apps there. I am used to Weblate and .po files.
