Terrain tools do nothing

Describe the bug Testing this with latest Godot, the terrain is loaded fine, but the tools do not nothing.

Nothing shows up above the terrain when using the tools and clicking on the terrain has no effect.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: Load Terrain3D.tscn and click the Terrain3D node.
